After my first day

OH MY MOTHER FATHER SISTER BROTHER, IT HURTS!! Everything burns and aches and everything is sore and I don't want anyone to touch me. I guess that is a tell tale sign that I really haven't been working out that much before because I am hurtingggggg. T^T
It aches when I try to lift my arm just to scratch my neck. I know it suppose to be no pain no gain, but when the pain is like this oh my.... If I don't see results I am gonna find the people who started that saying and shove a sock in their mouth. Ahuhu. I tried to work out more today but my muscle is like spazzing like crazy, but at the same time... my absss.... I will gain you soon! Talk to my friend J.N. earlier and she is a petite girl with flat abs, I asked her a long time ago and she said it was due to gung fu. Damn I wish my mom let me do gung fu when I was younger, it is such a valuable skill to have and the benefit is washboard abs and a punch to be proud of. She also told me a funny trick she did to motivate herself. "I printed out a picture of a very sexy nice bodied anime girl and stared at her body while doing crunches" When I heard it I was like, "that is actually a very good motivation, so just at first I stared at my computer screen with a sexy anime chick, it was weird at first but I thought to myself, 'it's good motivation! RAWRRR ABSSSS!!!'

THAT IS MY GOAL!!!! she isn't real but damnnnnn!!! T^T why can't we just be born with fabulous amazing bodies? But instead we need to work for it, and now I have to stare and be jealous of her figure and work my ass of to hopefully have a body that looks like that! ahuhu.

The year 2012; my goal, to rock a bikini in the summer!

Every year we make those resolutions, but few of us actually go through and stick to those resolutions, and while I can not make any promises to anyone except myself, I have decided that this is the year that I will be sure to have a rocking body to look good in a bikini. If you know me at all, don't say anything like "you don't need to lose weight because you look skinny" SHUSH! It only APPEARS like that because of how I wear my clothes (plus i'm cheating cause I'm flexing my abdominal muscles.

Current weight : 125 lbs
Height: 5'5"

Before you guys say anything like it is normal for me to be at that weight because of my height, I completely agree because it is true, and my doctor says the same. My goal really isn't about losing weight, but toning the muscles and looking more slender in the process. I understand that when working out muscle weight comes into play so yea. My goal isn't to end up looking like a runway model that has clothes "hanging on them" but to have a swimsuit model's body, muscle, tone, boobs and butt. xD haha

Right now I am trying my best to eat more fruits and veggies to keep my tummy full with good stuff instead of junk food or cooking a bigger meal when I get hungry. I was never very much a snack person, but I learned from a couple of people that snacking actually keeps the metabolism up which can help with diets.

Recently I started taking vitamins again because I really don't get enough nutrients from food, or sometimes I lack it because I haven't had the time to get fish for a while or something, which equals no omega 3 fatty acid. :(
