Eating at the Library

So there is this dude sitting next to me in the library and Ugh... I really don't like it when people eat at the Library, mainly because it gets everywhere, like on the books they are reading to the keyboard they are typing on. ESPECIALLY when that food item is Cheetos chips. I know that it is not really my business when it comes to people in the library, but I feel like it is so disrespectful because it makes such a big mess and people have to listen to them munching away loudly. Now he takes out his cell phone and proceeds to talk on the phone?! How rude! If this continues for a ridiculously long time, I think I am going to yell at him. -___-'No courtesy at all.
